Hiroyuki Komachi has been handeling development-related matters such as financial system design, UIUX, information technology, and business management. He has been involved in multiple financial blockchain projects since 2013, and is currently engaged in the development of the unique algorithm "ANICANA" using Web 3.0.
Takuya has been actively engaged as an engineer or founder in AI areas such as shogi, dialogue, image generation AI, and blockchain areas such as crypto asset exchanges, chain development, NFTs, and smart contract auditing.
After launching two blockchain startups, he has formed a team of elite engineers to develop contract development businesses.
Joined Levias Inc. in May 2020, working in the CEOs office, person in charge of international affairs, web design and data research.

He majored in Japanese at Vishwa Bharati University, India. For 23 years he worked for a Japanese automobile company and worked as a PM for a Japanese-related project at an IT company in India. He represented Nucleus Software Limited and as project manager for system development projects in Shinsei Bank and Tokyo Star Bank. He is the head of Japanese business of DORANDA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. He has been active as a leader in IT-related entrepreneurship that responds to the needs of Japanese companies by utilizing his knowledge of the language and Jpn. corporate culture.
Yong Wang is active as a risk management specialist in China, currently working as Chief Risk Officer(CRO) of Tianfeng Securities Co, Ltd. Previously, he was primarily responsible for information technology, finance, and financial products management for investment banks. He is also well-known as a translator of "Mastering Bitcoin: Unlocking Digital Cryptocurrencies," which is a world-famous commentary book on Bitcoin.
Gary Geng earned a PhD in Economics from the University of Western Ontario in Canada. He is currently working as a Managing Partner of Royalsea Capital LLC, a venture capital (VC) company in Shanghai and active as a fintech, blockchain and financial expert.
Tsutomu Kasori joined Promise Co., Ltd. (currently SMBC Consumer Finance Co., Ltd.) before. He was appointed Senior Managing Director of the company and Representative Director of Mobit Co., Ltd. As a Managing Director, he has experience in charge of the General Planning Department, and is engaged in debt and social lending related advisory.
He graduated from Waseda University, Faculty of Political Science and Economics, Department of Political Science in 1971. Then he joined Kyodo News. In 1976, he was assigned to the Social Affairs Department, capped by the Metropolitan Police Department, and was the director of the Social Affairs Department. He retired in June 2014 and is a consultant.
In 2016 he became the Chairman of the Board of Kyodo PR.
