PRIVACY POLICY

Levias Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") conducts business including software entrusted development, development management, system verification, operation support, and various consulting. In order to properly handle all personal information used for business, Company shall establish this privacy policy as a behavioral standard by all company's employees and strive to ensure compliance.

  • Company shall comply with laws concerning the handling of personal information, guidelines established by the government. Therefore, Company shall formulate a personal information protection management system compliant with the Japanese Industrial Standard "Personal Information Protection Management System - Requirements" (JIS Q 15001) and shall properly operate it.
  • The Company shall acquire, use and provide appropriate personal information in consideration of the content and scale of the project. This includes not handling personal information beyond the range necessary for achieving the specified purpose of use, and taking measures.
  • When Company entrusts the whole or part of the handling of personal information, Company shall conduct necessary and appropriate supervision of persons who have been entrusted so that the handling of personal information shall be handled for safety management of personal information entrusted.
  • Company shall not provide personal information to third parties except when the consent of the individual is made or based on laws and regulations.
  • Company shall take measures to prevent leakage, loss or damage of personal information.
  • Company shall make efforts to respond appropriately and promptly to complaints and consultation concerning the handling of personal information. In addition, Company shall accept requests for disclosure etc. of personal data possessed by the Company (notification of use purpose, disclosure, correction / addition or deletion, suspension of use or offer).
